Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of these products, returns are not accepted once delivered, unless:
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the claim is verified
Non-Perishable Products
You may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (mobile money, bank transfer, or card).
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- In some cases, you may choose store credit or product replacement instead of a cash refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Opened or partially consumed food products
- Items damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or misuse by the customer.
- Products purchased during clearance or marked as “non-returnable.”
How to Request a Return or Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
